Cancellation Policy
Orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.

Return and Refund Policy
We only accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be sealed, unused, and in original condition.
Refunds are issued only after products are received, inspected, and approved for resale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable method.
Refunds are processed in USD and typically appear within 3 to 10 business days after approval.

Opened Product Policy
Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for a full refund.
Any return with a broken seal or evidence of opening will receive a flat 30 percent refund.
This applies only to items returned in safe condition for disposal and not damaged beyond opening.
Unauthorized or damaged returns beyond a basic seal break may receive no refund.

Bundle and Discount Adjustments
If an item from a discounted bundle or promotion is returned, the refund will be recalculated based on the full retail price of items kept.
